- Project team addressed public and agency comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS)
- An abbreviated Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) is published. The FEIS includes response to public and agency comments on the DEIS and identifies a Preferred Alternative
- 30-day public comment period on the FEIS starts January 14, 2011 and ends February 14, 2011 at 5 p.m.
Spring 2011
- A Record of Decision (ROD) will be published with response to comments on the Final Environmental Impact Statement and the Selected Alternative is identified
